How do I find my perfect fit?
Every néMOTTI garment is cut to follow a refined, structured silhouette. You'll find detailed measurements on our Size Guide, linked on every product page. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable, structured drape, or writing to our concierge team for personal styling guidance.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Our Istanbul atelier begins processing orders shortly after they're confirmed. Contact us immediately at support@nemotti.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an item has entered packing, but our team will always do everything possible to accommodate you.
What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways, your payment details are never stored on our servers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
Every néMOTTI piece is crafted, quality-inspected, and shipped directly from our atelier in Istanbul, Turkey. We offer secure, tracked express shipping worldwide.
How long will my delivery take?
Domestic (Turkey): 1 to 3 business days via express courier. International: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves our facility.
Are duties and customs taxes included?
For international orders, any destination duties or import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
You may return any unworn, unwashed item, with tags attached and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, no reason required. Made-to-order or personalised items, and goods with a removed hygiene seal, fall outside this right.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Visit our self-service return portal, or email support@nemotti.com with your order number. Ship the item back within 10 days of notifying us. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the item arriving back with us.
